OUR STAGE; YOUR LEGACY
Love & Legacy: $25k Match
Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of the Branham family, all donations made to Piknik Theatre this season will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $25,000. This means your gift will have double the impact in 2026.
In addition, donors who contribute $1,000 or more by March 15, 2026 will have the opportunity to dedicate a Love & Legacy tribute at the amphitheater in honor of someone they love — whether living or deceased. These personalized messages will become a permanent part of the venue, creating a meaningful and visible legacy for your loved one while celebrating the spirit of community that built this space.
Your participation not only honors someone special in your life, but also directly supports expanded programming, youth education, and free community performances in our new outdoor home.
Love & Legacy Donors will be contacted after March 15th to submit their “message of love” for permanent display.

Tradition of Theatre for All
From the Globe to the Yampa Valley
In 1599, Shakespeare and his fellow actors built the Globe Theatre in London — a wooden, open-air playhouse where stories leapt to life for everyone. From laborers standing in the yard for a penny to nobles in private boxes, the Globe was a rare place where all walks of life gathered side by side, united by the power of live performance.
The Globe wasn’t just a theatre — it was a community.
Every clap, every laugh, every gasp came from people who knew they were part of something bigger. And it worked because it belonged to them. The people of Elizabethan London didn’t just watch the theatre — they sustained it.
Our community has already done something extraordinary.
Together, you gave more than $700,000 to build the Branham Amphitheatre — a gift of vision, trust, and hope. You didn’t just build a stage. You built a home for stories, for children, for families, and for generations who have yet to take their seats under the stars.
The opening of the Branham Amphitheatre marks an exciting new chapter for Piknik Theatre
